The Fine Arts Fund's Arts Services fields questions from board and staff leadership on a daily basis!
- How do I fully utilize the strengths of each board trustee?
- How do I foster a "can do" culture?
- How do I convert trustees into confident "askers"?
- How do I manage cash-flow?
In response, the Fine Arts Fund has created a series of six, 30-45 minute presentations, along with accompanying written materials, detailing best practices to enhance the growth and development of non-profit arts and culture boards. Entitled BOARDway Bound: Discussions on Developing Effective Arts and Culture Nonprofit Boards, each module includes a presentation on one of six topics and a prologue exchange provided by notables from the arts sector and moderator Mary Stagaman, Associate Vice President for External Relations at the University of Cincinnati and Trustee of the Fine Arts Fund. |
